Entergy Texas recognized as a Top Workplace for second consecutive year

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- For the second consecutive year, Entergy Texas has been named a Top Workplace in the Greater Houston metro area. The Houston Chronicle award is based on employee feedback and highlights the company’s commitment to building a premier work culture.

Winners are determined through an anonymous employee engagement survey administered by Energage, which measures 15 drivers of company culture, such as fairness, respect, support, growth and alignment. With more than 5,000 nominations, Entergy Texas secured a position in the top 200 companies named as a 2023 Top Workplace.
