Nan And Company Properties Opens New Office In The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Nan and Company Properties, a premier luxury real estate company and affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, today announces the opening of the company’s newest office in The Woodlands on March 25, 2024. Under the leadership of Nancy Almodovar, President and CEO of Nan and Company Properties, the company is thrilled to welcome an $80M founding team comprised of Jenny and Chris Elmi from The Elmi Group, and Elise Repa and Jeni Mitchell from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. This marks the company’s fourth office location, following its original office location in The Galleria, its flagship location in The Heights, which opened in 2022, and its Galveston location, which opened in 2021.

Located at 9002 Six Pines Drive, Shenandoah, TX 77380, the office space is located within the Life Time Work Shenandoah coworking space. Nan and Company has future plans to begin building a permanent headquarters space in The Woodlands later this year. The office’s founding agents have deep roots in The Woodlands, and extensive knowledge and experience working with luxury real estate and new construction.

In 2023, she was named the #2 luxury agent in Houston by the Houston Business Journal, and most recently she was credited for representing the buyer to one of the most expensive home sales in Houston located at 2920 Lazy Lane. Since launching 10 years ago, her company has grown to 185 agents and team members.
