1998 BMW 740il on Air Bags
1998 BWM 740il in orient blue over tan leather. 133,000 miles.
The car came from Florida and the extrior looks great (paint corrected and ceramic coated). Recently had valve cover gaskets, fuel filter, fuel pump and mass air flow sensors replaced. The car runs well, stops well and has cold ac and dark tinted windows. You can tell it has been taken well care of. My son has owned it for about 4 years now and it was his "extra car" for cars and coffee and car shows.
The car features an Air Lift 3P suspension on all corners. It is completely adjustable front and back and the rear wheels will "tuck" in. When aired out it will sit on the ground. There are two compressors in the trunk with an air tank. The entire system works off of a smart phone app.
The interior is okay but still nice for a 25+ year old car. The drivers door latch is broken and the door panel has been removed. There is also an issue with the hood latch. There is an extra set of BMW wheels that go with the car plus misc. spare parts and car covers.
The dream was to restore the interior and put a big stereo in it but my son lost interest. It is also taking up room in my garage.
We are asking $6K cash for it. No reasonable offer will be refused. In theory it's worth more but now it just has to go. Not interested in trading for anything.
