We are seeking a friendly, organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Clinical assistant. Someone who can work efficiently at a fast pace environment.
This role will be the first point of contact with for visitors and patients, and will also involve administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our busy office.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage calls and directing yo appropriate personnel.
Schedule Patients appointments and manage calendar efficiently.
Coordinate with medical staff and insure timely patient flow and address any scheduling conflicts.
Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative task such as filling, data entry.
Provide exceptional patient concerns and inquiries.

Friendly, Responsible, Quick Leaner, Team Player
Experience preferred but we can provide training.
Must be time flexible.
