Job Types: Full-time

Specific Responsibilities:

* Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating and cooling equipment
* Keep up to date with latest in HVAC Technology
* Operate with integrity on every transaction.
* Perform routine preventative maintenance
* Respond to emergency maintenance requests
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
* Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

Job Requirements:

* HVAC Service/Maintenance Technician with Experience.
* Must provide your own HVAC Tools
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Willingness and ability to offer solutions to customers
* Physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary
* Professional appearance and personality
* Positive Attitude
* Team player who can work independently.
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Service oriented for customers and cares about integrity.
* Be available for an on-call schedule as needed.

Schedule:

*Monday to Friday 8-4pm Guaranteed 40 hours a week
*On call pending skill level of technician

Pay opportunities:

* Pay scale varies based on years of experience, attitude and aptitude
* Commission pay based on sales
*No commission caps
