Spa and/or retail/makeup sales experience a plus but not necessary. Candidates must have a passion for taking care of themselves and helping people to look their best. Bilingual a plus!

Exciting MedSpa location seeks receptionist “Client Coordinator” for top pay, excellent incentives, and fun atmosphere. This full-time position working Tues – Sat. (Tues, Wed, Fri 9-6, Thurs 11-8 and Sat. 9-3) DO NOT APPLY if you are not available Thurs evenings and Saturdays. Pay hourly. PLUS monthly bonuses. You will be rewarded for your efforts! Pamper yourself with free laser or facial treatments.

Client Coordinators set the standard for excellence in the cosmetic and aesthetic industry by providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals on a daily basis. Must be assertive, high energy, independent, results-oriented and possess a strong sense of urgency. Proven ability in managing time is critical and strong presentation skills are essential. Strong selling skills, good communication skills are essential. You must enjoy working in highly competitive, fast-paced team environment.
Candidate must pride themselves in an honest and moral work ethic, possessing self-motivation and a desire to be recognized for their talents and dedication. Candidate must have the ability to self-manage and possess the intelligence to work in a multi-tasking position. The ideal candidate must desire to work as part of a team, be outgoing, articulate, professional, and polished to give the best first impression of our MedSpa. This position requires so much more than the ability to answer the phone and schedule appointments as a receptionist! You will be the voice and initial image of our MedSpa so an inviting, pleasant, professional demeanor in person as well as on the telephone is a must.

The position duties include:
- Educate and sell services and products to clients
- Achieve Sales Goal Every Day
- Recruit New Clients
- Service Above Expectations - Provide exceptional service to every client
- Maintain a clean and inviting reception area
- Field incoming phone calls & answering questions about products and services
- Serve as the main conduit between the client and staff
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Handle payment transactions
- Support social media posts and interactions

Skills Required

Compensation:

Hourly plus monthly bonus
