Ferrari to open in The Waterway Square District in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC), announced that Ferrari of Houston will open a 5,015-square-foot satellite store in The Waterway Square District in The Woodlands Town Center.

Ferrari will specifically be located at 1501 Lake Robbins Drive in The Waterway Square parking garage. The dealership is in the design stages.

“We are pleased that Ferrari of Houston will be opening at 1501 Lake Robbins Drive,” said Alex Sutton, Co-President of TWDC. “The Waterway Square District is an ideal location for Ferrari, encompassing Class A office space, retail and residential.”

Ferrari of Houston opened 33 years ago and is now expanding to The Woodlands. “We believe The Woodlands is the perfect fit for our Ferrari satellite dealership. We are excited to become part of this community,” said Giuseppe Risi, Owner of Ferrari of Houston.

Ferrari of Houston was represented by Pat Moritz with Houston International Realty while Rip Reynolds, Senior Leasing Manager for The Howard Hughes Corporation, represented TWDC in the lease transaction.
