THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Alan Bush, principal of Bush Law Firm, P.C., was named to Texas Monthly 2014 Super Lawyers ‘Rising Star’ for representing management in employment disputes. This is Bush’s third year to receive this honor. Super Lawyers is a prestigious national service that recognizes outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

“I am honored to again be named a Super Lawyers Rising Star,” noted Bush. “I am grateful for the continued support of my peers and their nomination, and will continue to uphold a standard of quality and integrity that my clients and community can depend on.”

The Super Lawyers selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. The selection process for Rising Stars is the same as the Super Lawyers selection process except that a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less. While up to five percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
