Let's get physical: Where to get sports physicals for the upcoming school year

As we descend toward the fall and the new school year, we at Woodlands Online thought it prudent to help athletes find places to get their physicals taken care of. This is by no means a conclusive list, and if you have information on more locations in the area, please feel free to post them below. Along with this chart, feel free to peruse your local Walgreens and CVS stores to see if they offer anything you may need for the upcoming season as well.
