Mercedes-Benz dealership coming to The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Woodlands Development Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation®, (NYSE: HHC) has announced the sale of an 8.9-acre tract to Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands for construction of a car dealership. The parcel is situated on the east side of the I-45 frontage road, just north of State Highway 242.

Construction of the 60,000-square-foot dealership is underway, with the opening planned for February of 2015.
