Woodlands, Texas - A new master-planned community called Lakes at Creekside is underway near the southwest corner of Kuykendahl and Hufsmith. The community is strategically positioned less than a mile south of The Woodlands Village of Creekside, three miles north of The Grand Parkway, and only six miles west of the ExxonMobil Campus.

Strategically located south of The Woodlands and west of ExxonMobil campus.

David Alexander with Newcor Commercial Real Estate worked with 14 landowners over a three year period to assemble the 286 acre tract which is under development as Lakes at Creekside.

“The process of putting these land tracts together was a great feat. It took a lot of creativity with some of the sellers to get it done. Many of the sellers lived on their property and I was able to locate and help them purchase replacement property within a reasonable distance. Several of the sellers were able to increase their acreage substantially. It was a true pleasure to work with everyone involved in this project,” says Newcor’s David Alexander.

Upon completion, the Lakes at Creekside community which is being developed by the J. Alan Kent Development, will feature over 600 homes, 8 lakes, recreation center, park, trails, sidewalks, splash pad, and a pool. The homes are zoned to Tomball I.S.D., which is the same as The Woodlands Village of Creekside.

The first phase of the development will boast 148 lots with product offered by esteemed home builders such as Trendmaker, Lennar and M/I Homes. The first homes are planned to be delivered in February of 2016. The Community will be built in four phases and the homes will be priced from $300,000 to more than $1,000,000.
