MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas - The Montgomery County Association of Business Women is the largest nonprofit business women's networking organization in Montgomery County. It was founded in 2005 by Carol Gooch. Their mission is to provide a local forum for business women to develop and enhance professional and personal relationships with their peers.

MCABW gives back to the community as well by sponsoring a nonprofit organization quarterly, and by awarding scholarships to female graduates from all Montgomery County high schools.
