The Woodlands Township launches blog for residents

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Woodlands Township continues to expand the methods with which its residents can receive public information and notices. With new technology and the use of social media, current information is often just a click away.

The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Watch has officially launched a blog to provide community members with important program news and reminders, crime prevention tips and resources, and details on upcoming Neighborhood Watch events. Residents are encouraged to follow the blog in order to receive email notifications each time a new post is published. To follow the blog, visit www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/neighborhoodwatch and choose “Visit Our Blog” from the page menu.

To coincide with the program’s new look and blog, residents are also invited to subscribe to The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Watch Newsletter, an eNewsletter designed to keep residents informed and updated on important crime prevention initiatives. Those interested in subscribing simply go to www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/neighborhoodwatch and choose “Sign Up for Newsletter” from the page menu.
