THE WOODLANDS, Texas – If you’ve ever been the least bit curious about the many benefits of hot yoga, are overdue for a massage or need a relaxing facial – look no further! Express Hot Yoga (EHY) will soon be making it more convenient for you to experience all of this in one place, with the addition of their brand new studio!

Grand Opening event set for November 14

Join us for the grand opening of our new Sawdust studio in The Woodlands, TX, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 14, 2015. Check out our spa area (known as “The Fortier Institute”), and find out how our yoga classes suite the needs of all fitness levels - no prior yoga experience required!

?The beginner-based yoga posture of EHY's classes mean you won't ever have to do a head stand or twist your body into a pretzel. The postures address the basic, human movement and flexibility we tend to lose as we lean toward sedentary lifestyles or sustain various injuries throughout our lives.

Each of our highly-skilled instructors has completed a rigorous training program focused on movement, dialogue and range of motion, as they pertain to the mechanics and functions of the yoga postures. They have the necessary expertise to teach students how to maintain a balanced lifestyle, and to respond to injuries or general pain through the regular practice of yoga.

“We have arranged our yoga classes to accommodate as many work schedules as possible, with our two locations providing people with even more opportunities to make yoga a regular part of their daily routine,” said Greg Brown, owner of Express Hot Yoga & Spa.

Express Hot Yoga class participants will have a fun and challenging experience, while learning why yoga can enrich their lives, and help to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Our intimate class sizes, beautiful and relaxing studio, and Zen atmosphere makes everyone feel welcome.
