Eric Yollick an expert in the courtroom

To the Editor,

I support Eric Yollick’s bid for the 9th District Court Judge. I have watched him in the courtroom and was amazed at his knowledge of the law. He was very respectful of the judge even in instances when the judge made rulings against him. Due to his extensive experience as an attorney and as a longtime resident of our county, I can’t think of a more qualified candidate who will run an efficient courtroom and give all parties a fair chance of advancing their cause.

He has served his community as a member of the Montgomery County Hospital District. He took on the elected position to try and bring a business perspective on this taxing authority. He served with distinction and the Hospital District was improved through his oversight efforts.

Eric Yollick has been an advocate for cancer research. He has raised a significant amount of money to be directed to cancer research at leading universities in the United States.

The citizens of Montgomery County will be well served by electing Eric Yollick as Judge for the 9th District Court. He will apply the law and not create new law from the bench. He will give all sides a fair chance to present their cases without interference. He will be a good steward of the tax payers by operating an efficient courtroom.
