Popular spring concert series returns to Market Street in April

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Market Street’s popular spring concert series, featuring artists in classic rock, jazz and the best of Latin sounds, returns to the luxury shopping, dining and entertainment destination every Thursday, April 21 – June 9, from 6 – 8:30 p.m.

Market Street’s cozy Central Park once again will be the scene of the eight-week concert series when music fans can enjoy performers from the shady patios of Jasper’s, Crú –Wine Bar, Tommy Bahama Tropical Café, Uni Sushi, 1252 Tapas Bar or any of Market Street’s signature restaurants.

April 21 Early classic rock sounds of Summer Street

April 28 Classic party rock and pop music by The Slags, the official band of the Houston Texans

April 30 The high-energy African dance music of Kupira Marimbe (at Market Street’s Spring Fine Arts Show from 4 – 6 p.m.

May 5 Latin dance and pop sounds from Kaché

May 12 Classic 80’s from The Chromatics

May 19 Blues and classic rock sounds by Luther & The Healers

May 26 Moodafaruka presents its world fusion sounds, from the Gypsy Kings Johnny Cash

June 2 The Eagles tribute band Already Gone

June 9 Latin jazz and Santana rock sounds of The Brew (during H-E-B Wine Walk at Market Street)

Every spring music concert at Market Street is free and open to the public. Blankets and lawn chairs also are welcome.
