The Woodlands area EDP honors elected officials

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership (EDP) recently held its 18th annual Elected Officials Reception at The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center on March 10th.

For the past 18 years, the EDP has hosted a reception honoring elected officials at the local, county, state and federal levels. “Our members take great pride in saying thank you to our elected officials who unselfishly dedicate themselves to prospering our county by supporting economic development in our communities. We appreciate our officials pro-business and work attitude towards maintaining our economic vitality.” said Gil Staley, CEO of the Economic Development Partnership.

Over 40 elected officials at the federal, state, and local levels were in attendance at the reception, as well as over 135 guests.
