THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- J.J. Watt of the Houston Texans has donated $10,000 to the Grant Milton GoFundMe account.
The Woodlands community continues to rally around Milton, Highlander #21, as he battles to recover from a traumatic brain injury.
Chick-fil-A on Lake Woodlands Drive at Sawdust Road, and Chick-fil-A in Alden Bridge, are hosting Spirit Night today. Between 2 p.m. - 6 p.m., 20 percent of sales will be donated to the Milton family. The Alden Bridge location will be selling t-shirts that proclaim "Highlanders 21 #MiltonStrong21."
A Facebook page has been set up on Milton's behalf.
Milton, #21, was the Woodlands Online Player of the Game Oct. 13 when the Highlanders beat the Oak Ridge War Eagles 42-2.
