THE WOODLANDS, Texas – For quite some time, sex has been a tricky subject in the church, drawing negative responses or silence all together. The Intimacy Redeemed Conference, which will take place at Faith Bible Church November 3, 2018, is looking to change that.

Noted authors Linda Dillow and Lorraine Pintus (Intimacy Ignited, which they co-authored with their husbands Dr. Joseph Dillow and Dr. Peter Pinuts, Gift Wrapped by God, and Intimate Issues) and respected mentor, speaker and writer Jessa Dillow Crisp are set to be the keynote speakers. Over the course of the conference, they will discuss sexual and spiritual intimacy. Jesus said, “And you will know the truth and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32). Intimacy Redeemed hopes to help women ages 18 and older discover the freedom found in God’s truth regarding sexuality and spiritual intimacy.

Lorraine Pintus and Linda Dillow have spoken at over 80 conferences around the world on God’s perspective of sex. They’ve authored three best-selling books together: Intimate Issues (for married women), Intimacy Ignited (for couples) and Gift-wrapped by God (for single women).

Linda Dillow is a beloved Bible teacher, speaker, and the author of Calm My Anxious Heart, What’s It Like To Be Married To Me?, and Satisfy My Thirsty Soul. Linda and her husband Jody were missionaries in Eastern Europe and Asia for 17 years where they trained Christian leaders in communist countries. Linda’s fire for encouraging and educating others continues as she mentors leaders and speaks at women's conferences here and abroad. She’s also actively involved on the boards of ministries in America and Kenya that help young women and girls who have suffered from traumatic sexual, emotional, and physical abuse. She is a mother of five and a grandmother of ten. Married 54 years, Linda was born into the Silent Generation.

Lorraine Pintus is a writing coach, speaker, and author who has appeared on hundreds of radio and TV shows. She is the author of Diapers, Pacifiers and Other Holy Things and Jump Off the Hormone Swing, as well as many magazine articles. Her professional experiences range from press manager for a gubernatorial candidate to media relations manager of a Fortune 200 company. Lorraine holds personalized writing retreats in her Colorado home as she helps women develop their own writing projects. Lorraine and her husband Peter have two daughters. She loves hiking, pickleball, and gourmet food (that someone else prepares). Married 38 years, Lorraine is a Baby Boomer. www.lorrainepintus.com

Jessa Dillow Crisp is a speaker, writer, and mentor who uses her childhood experience of severe abuse and trafficking to illustrate both the stark realities of sex trafficking and the truth that full healing is possible. She spoke at the National Character Leadership Symposium, a premier event for the United States Air Force and she has spoken to legislators and the department of Homeland Security on issues related to sex trafficking. She and her husband John are the founders of BridgeHope, an organization that seeks to bridge resources and foster hope to survivors of exploitation and trafficking. Jessa is currently working on her Master’s degree in hopes of pursuing a PhD in clinical psychology. She’s passionate about photography, hiking Colorado’s mountains, and connecting with people over freshly brewed coffee. Married three years, Jessa is a millennial. www.jessacrisp.com and www.bridgehopenow.org .

Together, these three women are joining forces to break the strongholds that make sex such a challenging subject. Women will receive biblical answers to their questions about intimacy, while also finding healing. There will be time spent in God’s Word as well as worship.

Early bird registration is $40 and ends September 30. After that, registration will go up to $50. For more details and to register for the conference, visit faithbibleonline.org/intimacy-redeemed.
