MCTX Sheriff Arrests Three Suspects Burglarizing Vehicles in Magnolia

MAGNOLIA, TX -- On October 25, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., District 4 Patrol Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 25400 block of Lindsey Lane in Magnolia, Texas, in reference to several suspects breaking into vehicles. Deputies quickly converged in the area and located a vehicle matching the description of the suspects. A traffic stop was initiated in which Deputies located stolen tools from the burglarized vehicles in addition to narcotics, and a stolen firearm.

The suspects were identified as 17-year-old Anthony Sosa, 21-year-old Heyurajan Sosa, both from Pasadena, TX, and 26-year-old Christopher Serrano from Magnolia, TX. All three were charged with two counts of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, Theft of a Firearm, and Possession of a Controlled Substance where they were placed in custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
