Santa's Merry Mingle - A Holiday Experience

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Santa will be visiting The Woodlands Children’s Museum to hear children’s wish list and pose for pictures on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 9:00am - 2:00pm during Santa's Merry Mingle.

Santa's Merry Mingle will include a framed professional photo with Santa, snow play, meet and greets with Olaf from Frozen, face painting, a gift bag from Santa’s workshop, and live musical performances from the Lone Star Strummers. Children are invited to create holiday art projects in The Muse art bar and explore the light table building colorful snowflakes and creating their own unique patterns using various translucent pebbles and blocks.

“We offer the perfect magical environment for children to visit with Santa and for families to engage in play while creating magical holiday memories together” stated Angela Colton, the museum’s Executive Director.

During the past years, our Santa event has provided a unique holiday experience that allows families to celebrate the season with music, art and play within our exhibits. This year we have added holiday story time readings with Mrs. Claus throughout the event. In addition to her reading, Mrs. Claus is available for photo opportunities and reminds us that she will be visiting later in the week for Mrs. Claus’ Gingerbread House Workshops on Wednesday, December 13th and Saturday, December 16th.

Tickets for children 0-13 are $20 and for adults $10. Limited tickets are on sale now at www.woodlandschildrensmuseum.org. The museum will be closed to the public and open for event-only admission on Saturday, December 9th from 9:00am – 2:00pm. The museum will re-open for public hours from 2:00pm – 5:00pm.
