About Us

Dr. Anthony Diaz earned his undergraduate degree in history at Kalamazoo College in Michigan and his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed his residency in the Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program, where he served as co-chief resident and a member of the program evaluation and recruitment committees.

Dr. Diaz, who is board-certified in family medicine, treats patients of all ages. In addition to his board certification, he holds certificates in basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), pediatric advanced life support (PALS) and advanced life support in obstetrics (ALSO).

He sees patients for a full range of primary care conditions with special interests in diabetes, hypertension, mental health and overall wellness.

His approach to patient care begins with listening. At the beginning of a visit, he does very little of the talking, allowing the patient to share what prompted the visit and ensuring that he doesn't miss anything. He uses open-ended questions and collaborates with patients to determine their needs and the best fit for them health-wise.
