Full job description
Texas Pools, Inc., a custom Pool design/build firm is hiring an experienced Pool & Outdoor Living Designer that can utilize their skills and abilities to design various luxury residential pool/outdoor living projects on a daily basis.
Brief Job Description:
• Responsibilities include, but not limited to, meeting with clients, sell retainer/design fees, design, present, close sale
• Prepare conceptual and schematic designs using industry standard software - AutoCAD, Pool Studio/VIP3D, etc. (will train right candidate)
• Conduct Design Meetings with Clients
• Direct Product Selections with Clients
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication skills - both oral and written
• Must be a self-starter, possess ability to complete tasks with accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced/high energy environment
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines, manage time and workload efficiently
• Must have reliable transportation
• Sales Ability required, must understand the points of the sale
• Must be proficient with Excel
MUST live in the greater Houston area (We are located in Spring/Woodlands Area)
