Position Overview:
As a Processing Specialist/File Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients from the moment their home is sold until closing. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including lenders, title companies, permit offices, and homeowners' associations (HOAs) to ensure all necessary documentation and processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in facilitating a smooth and hassle-free experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients, lenders, title companies, permit offices, and HOAs throughout the home closing process.
Collect and review all required documentation from clients and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Coordinate with lenders to facilitate mortgage loan processing.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the status of their home closing and address any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with title companies to perform title searches, resolve title issues, and prepare closing documents.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local government authorities and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Coordinate with HOAs to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with community guidelines and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each home closing transaction.
Provide support to the sales team as needed during the pre-closing phase of home sales.
