THE WOODLANDS, Texas – With the start of a new season, Bridgeland® and The Woodlands®, two master planned communities developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation®, are kicking off a ‘Harvest of Homes’ promotion for buyers and realtors. Buyers who purchase a new home in either development between October 1st and December 31st of 2015 will receive a $2,000 gift card when they close before January 31, 2016. If a Realtor® assists in the sale, he or she will be given a $500 gift card. Each community will also host home tours where participants can enter to win a $2,500 gift card.

The Woodlands features a selection of builders and home styles, a diverse portfolio of architecture and a choice of neighborhood settings. New homes range from the $300,000s to $4 million. The 41-year-old community will have 19 models from its 16 builders on the tour: Connor Davis Homes, Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, Frankel Building Group, Gracepoint Homes, J. Kyle Homes, J. Patrick Homes, M/I Homes, Palmetto Homes, Partners in Building, Pulte Homes, Ryland Homes, Shea Homes and Toll Brothers.

Located off of Fry Road in Cypress, Bridgeland is proud to offer products from some of the most well-respected builders in the Houston market. Homes range in price, style and density, creating an architecturally-interesting and diverse community aesthetic. Homes start in the $250,000s and exceed $1 million. Tour participants will find 15 models to tour from 11 builders: Beazer Homes, Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, J. Kyle Homes, Meritage Homes, Perry Homes, Ryland Homes, Taylor Morrison, Village Builders and Westin Homes.

“With the expansion of the Grand Parkway and both communities’ continued growth, this is a very exciting time to purchase in Bridgeland or The Woodlands,” said Paul Layne, Vice President of Master Planned Communities for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “Outstanding school districts, accessibility to the city’s fastest-growing corridors and upscale amenities continue to make Bridgeland and The Woodlands two of the most sought-after communities in Houston.”

The Woodlands currently has nearly 100 homes available for purchase while Bridgeland has 50 homes available.

Committed to preserving nature, both communities are known for being environmentally-sensitive. Bridgeland has dedicated more than 3,000 acres to lakes, trails and parks. The Woodlands will have devoted nearly 8,000 acres to green space at buildout. For more information on The Woodlands and Bridgeland, visit or www.thewoodlands.com and www.bridgeland.com.
