District 2 – Lt. Jim Fleming (South County)

On October 17, Deputy M. Burnett was sent to the 16600 block of Foursquare Drive in reference to a criminal trespass. The Deputy made contact with a male complainant who advised a female was on location that had been given warning not to return. The 17 year old female, from Humble, was arrested at 1:31am, charged with criminal trespass, and taken to jail.

On October 17 Deputy R. McClintock responded to the 25500 block of Interstate 45N in reference to an intoxicated male. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 23 year old male from Spring was arrested at 1:50am, charged with public intoxication, and taken to jail.

On October 17 Deputy R. Leverston was notified of a family violence call in the 29500 block of Wildfern Trail involving an intoxicated female whom the Deputy observed chasing her boyfriend and threatening him. The Deputy spoke with the male complainant who advised his girlfriend was intoxicated and threatened to kill him. The 42 year old female from Spring was arrested at 11:40pm, charged with assault by threat, and taken to jail.

On October 18 Deputy R. Leverston observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the 24700 block of Interstate 45N. A male subject was found passed out in the vehicle. During the investigation the male was found to be in possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. The 40 year old male was arrested at 4:32am and transported to jail.

On October 18 Deputy J. Ochoa was dispatched to the 32700 block of Westwood Square West in reference to a male damaging his grandfather’s vehicle. The 27 year old male from Magnolia was arrested at 10:22am, charged with criminal mischief, and taken to jail.

On October 21 Deputy W. Sharman stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 400 block of Rayford Road. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 21 year old male from Spring was arrested at 3:00am, charged with driving while intoxicated, and taken to jail.

A 29 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 1:29am, October 22, and transported to jail from a location on Brook Hollow Drive by Deputy C. Cooke for a terroristic threat warrant out of Bexar County.

On October 22 Deputy J. Ochoa was sent to the 6500 block of FM 1488 in reference to a suspicious male disturbing persons near a restaurant. The male was located and detained due to having a criminal trespass warning for the location. The 21 year old male from Magnolia was arrested at 11:14am, charged with criminal trespass, and transported to jail.

On October 23 Deputy R. Dowell responded to the 31600 block of Chapel Rock Lane in reference to a disturbance. On arrival the male suspect in the disturbance was seen driving away. A traffic stop was made and the driver was detained. No offense had occurred at the original location; however, the male was arrested at 12:44am, charged with operating a vehicle with an invalid driver’s license, and transported to jail.

On October 23 Deputy L. Stafford was notified of a burglary in progress in the 10600 block of Highway 242. The Deputy located a male removing items from an unoccupied house. The 36 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:40pm, charged with burglary, and taken to jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On October 17, Deputy Trevino arrived at Technology Forest and Research Forest to assist with a motor vehicle accident. While on scene, Deputy Trevino identified the driver, a 49 year old female, and found her to be exhibiting slurred speech, and glassy eyes and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person. After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the suspect was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. The suspect was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On October 20, Deputy Vargas observed a vehicle stuck in a ditch in the 12000 block of Gosling Road. Upon making contact with the driver, a 21 year old female, Deputy Vargas noticed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle and the driver. After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the suspect was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. The suspect was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On October 21, Deputy Brown conducted a traffic stop on Lake Woodlands Drive and Pinecroft. Upon making contact with the two occupants of the vehicle, Deputy Brown detected an odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. The passenger of the vehicle was the registered owner and was asked if there were any illegal substances in the vehicle. The 21 year old female stated that there was marijuana within the vehicle contained in a grinder and brownies. The suspect was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On October 22, Deputy Brown was dispatched to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The Loss Prevention Officer reported that the two female suspects, ages 17 and 20, attempted to take $399 worth of merchandise from JC Penney’s Department Store. Both suspects were taken into custody for Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On October 23, Deputy Hons conducted a traffic stop on College Park and Greenbridge drive. The driver, a 25 year old male, was found to have an outstanding warrant through County Court at Law #4. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On October 23, Deputy Conklin met with Deputy Pittmon at 9250 Pinecroft. The suspect, a 35 year old female, was observed to have a strong odor of alcohol emitting from her person, and was taken into custody for Public Intoxication when unable to get a sober driver to pick her up. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
