Residential Design Review Committee volunteers needed for two villages

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Volunteers are needed to fill vacant positions on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committees (RDRC) for the Villages of Cochran's Crossing and College Park. Volunteers must own property and reside in their respective village to serve on the committee. The Residential Design Review Committee is a design and review group within The Woodlands who will represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process that protects the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands and The Residential Development Standards.

The Cochran's Crossing committee meets the second Thursday of each month at 5 p.m.

The College Park committee meets the first Thursday of each month at 5 p.m.

Those interested may obtain an application online at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/covenants. Completed applications must be dropped off at The Woodlands Township Town Hall or be mailed to The Woodlands Township at 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, The Woodlands, TX 77381, and be received (not postmarked) no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. The appointments will be made at the next meeting of the RDRCs at their regularly scheduled meetings in April/May 2024.
