Submit your photos for The Woodlands upcoming 50th Anniversary photo book

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Seize the chance to capture and showcase the beauty and uniqueness of The Woodlands community in a sophisticated coffee-table book slated for release later this year. The Woodlands Township invites all photography enthusiasts to submit up to three photographs that truly represent the spirit of our lively community during 2024. Deadline for submission is May 31, 2024.

Residents are encouraged to capture images from all angles of The Woodlands, from the excitement of Township festivities and the serene beauty of our parks and trails, to the engaging wildlife. Showcase a unique perspective through the lens by highlighting The Woodlands’ architecture, evolving skyline, public sculptures, Lake Woodlands, Waterway Square, Hughes Landing and beyond! Photos featuring education, public safety and health care are also needed and will contribute to a visual story that mirrors the essence and vitality of our community. We especially need photos that include people enjoying events, playgrounds, Township amenities, walking, jogging, biking and photos that reflect friendships and the richness and values of our community.

Residents can submit photographs until May 31, 2024, at 5 p.m. Images can be taken with a professional camera or by smartphone. Photos must meet the minimum requirement of 3MB, with a preferred range of 5-10MB for optimal image quality.
