Come to City Place for their International Women’s Day Art Exhibit, opening today and running through March 21. Organized by Denise Marie Zimmerman, the display showcases five women from distinct generations – The Silent Generation, The Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z. Each woman, irrespective of her ethnicity, was provided with an identical dress. These individuals then personalized and modified their dresses to express their unique perspectives on their respective generations. Through their narratives, visitors will gain insight into the strengths, challenges, triumphs, and constraints that each generation faced and successfully navigated. The exhibit is located in the lobby of 1700 City Plaza Drive and is open to the public.
