Three more Cooper athletes sign to compete at college level

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Subsequent to a signing ceremony hosted by The John Cooper School Athletic Department on National Signing Day in February when six seniors were recognized, three additional athletes have joined the ranks of Cooper students who will compete at the college level.

Trent Burgess will play football at Endicott College, Spencer Katterhagen will compete in track & field at Washington & Lee University and Madeline Sitter will be a member of The University of Texas cheerleading squad.

Nine athletes from The John Cooper School Class of 2017 will compete in college athletics in the fall.

“We are very proud of these athletes and their accomplishments at Cooper and look forward to following their college athletic careers,” said Cooper Athletic Director John Hoye.
