The 23rd Annual YMCA Dragon Boat Team Challenge – presented by Repso – returns to The Woodlands for its annual three-day, mega-popular and ultra-active outdoor teambuilding extravaganza. For the 24th year, teams will race colorful, dragon-headed boats across Lake Woodlands, participate in games and enjoy friendly competition in support of the community-strengthening programs provided by The Woodlands Family YMCA. The event will be held at Northshore Park in The Woodlands.

Enjoy an evening with family and friends at Rob Fleming Park for Arts in the Park - Shakespeare in the Park! Bring lawn chairs, grab a bite to eat at the food trucks, and enjoy a free live Shakespeare theatre performance of The Taming of the Shrew by Points North Theatre Company and some of your favorite local musicians. Open to audiences of all ages! Shakespeare in the Park starts with some pre-show music at 6 p.m., followed by a live Shakespeare theatre performance beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Love Heals Youth presents a special fundraising concert at Dosey Doe - The Big Barn today starting at 5:30 p.m. Join the team from Love Heals Youth – Jeff Canada, Daire McLeod, and Payton Riley – as they come together using music to heal and raise awareness about the older foster youth that live here in Montgomery County. Concert for Love will raise funds to support the ongoing services for therapy, a mobile clothes closet, welcome home bags, and so much more. Love Heals Youth is a local charity that is meeting the grossly neglected needs of the foster youth in our backyard. Don't delay!
