The Young Learners Academy family of schools expands with The Learning Lane

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Deborah Kaschik, Dan Altom and Ed Ziegler, owners of The Young Learners Academy Family of Schools, announce the recent purchase of The Learning Lane located in The Woodlands. Current schools owned by the group include The Woodlands Young Learners Academy and Linder Young Learners Academy.

“With the addition of The Learning Lane, we enhance the scope of services for those families who need additional help with their child’s development as well as complement the current services that we offer,“ noted Altom. “The staff and families of The Learning Lane are focused on helping every child excel to his or her full potential and we look forward to building a strong relationship with students, staff and parents to continue the current successes experienced.”

The Learning Lane is an Applied Behavior Analysis Preschool Center that specializes in working with children with autism and language delays. The school is open to children from the ages of two and seven and offers a multidisciplinary staff, which provides services in the areas of behavior, academics and language development. Children rotate through three different settings a day: pre-academics, an acquisition class and a social class. Each child also receives their own individual tailored plan to meet their needs.

About The Young Learners Academy

The mission of The Young Learners Academy is to provide each child and their family the foundation for a successful long-term academic experience by creating a safe, nurturing and thought-provoking learning environment, while instilling values, peer interaction and socialization aptitude in an atmosphere where curiosity and exploration are both encouraged and embraced.
