Master Anthony is a top notch martial artist who is patient with his students. He takes the time to teach proper form and technique while coaching. Not only is he a great teacher but an excellent fitness role model for the kids. His training sessions combine physical conditioning and martial arts. Also I’ve doing his HIIT Classes and Athletic Conditioning for a few years and I always have a great workout. One last thing to point out is the sense of community within this Taekwondo Dojo.
