We called Bradbury Brothers after our air conditioner stopped working. We called in the morning and a HVAC Tech came out that evening.

Fernando was very thorough and professional. He let us know what he was doing, throughout his two hours and 45 minutes he spent repairing our system. He quickly identified the problem and provided us with solutions to solve the problem.

He wore a mask, gloves and shoe coverings to protect our family and our home. We even chatted about our children and shared interests. He provided a personalized experience, which was very welcoming.

After fixing the main issue, he took time to inspect the entire system to make sure nothing else was wrong. After receiving the “all clear,” we settled the bill and the service call was complete.
