This summer camp is designed for middle school girls to explore and enhance their spiritual, physical, and mental health. Through creative and engaging activities like vision board making, journaling, and fitness challenges, girls will learn how to nurture their mind, body, and spirit. They will also discover how to make healthy snacks, practice mindfulness, and build positive habits that support their overall well-being. This camp will inspire girls to feel confident, balanced, and ready to take on the world- one healthy choice at a time. Ages: Girls: 6th - 7th
