This 5K Run/Walk honors all women in our lives who have battled and overcome personal crises!
At WINGS Ministries, we’re privileged to come directly alongside women treading a difficult road – be it addiction, incarceration, or other deep personal challenges – and to help them prepare to walk a more positive path going forward. WINGS serves nearly 1,000 women in the Houston area each year. Each story, different. Each woman, precious. Our In Her Shoes 5K Walk/Run celebrates their strength, resilience, and courage, and aims to raise community support and awareness of their stories, as we walk in their names.
