Boogie Bash on Tuesday, September 1, at 11am presents “Fun with Percussion” Children will engage in musical percussion games and activities and learn about rhythm and counting. They will be encouraged to be expressive and use their imaginations while learning how to create sounds and rhythm with their instruments.
Boogie Bash on Tuesday, September 8, at 11am presents “Scarf and Ribbon Dancing” We will be exploring rhythm and movement by dancing and moving creatively with colorful scarves and ribbons to a variety of musical styles.
Boogie Bash on Tuesday, September 15, at 11am presents “Pirate Party”. September 19 is Talk Like a Pirate Day, so we will enjoy fun musical activities celebrating all things pirate including walking the plank and learning some kid-friendly pirate vocabulary.
Boogie Bash on Tuesday, September 22, at 11am presents “Fall Fun”. We’re celebrating the season with autumnal fingerplays and creative movement activities including dancing expressively with scarves to Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons — Autumn.”
Boogie Bash on Tuesday, September 29, at 11am presents “Hispanic Heritage Hop”. In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15), we will be celebrating by exploring songs and dances from Hispanic countries around the world.
