This is a high-energy 1980s themed show about Ren McCormack, a teenager who moves from Chicago to a small, repressed town named Bomont where dancing and rock music are banned by a local reverend. Ren rallies his classmates to defy the town council, challenging the restrictive rules and helping the community heal from past trauma.
