Fitness Connection is inviting the Houston community to celebrate Connection Day, a free grand reopening event taking place on Saturday, August 22, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at its newly upgraded Federal and The Woodlands locations.

The community event follows Fitness Connection’s $12 million investment in clubs across the Dallas and Houston markets, which introduced new equipment, refreshed interiors, expanded strength training spaces, and premium recovery amenities.

Connection Day will give Houston-area residents the opportunity to experience the newly upgraded clubs with a full day of interactive fitness challenges, recovery experiences, facility tours, and prizes. Guests can test their strength with challenges including the Dead Hang, Pull-Up Challenge, and 150 lb Dumbbell Pick Up, then explore recovery amenities that may include infrared saunas, red light therapy, compression boots, and massage chairs.
