The Montgomery Historical Society will present Return to Virtue: “The Liberty Agenda” on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Montgomery Community Center, located at 14420 Liberty Street in Montgomery, Texas.
The featured keynote speaker will be Dr. Robin Montgomery, an author, historian, columnist, songwriter, retired professor, and musician. Dr. Montgomery will share his insights as part of this special historical and cultural presentation.
The event will also feature live music by The Benny Lewis Group, along with special tributes to “Mary McCoy” and “Texas Alexander.”
The Montgomery Historical Society invites the community to attend this special afternoon celebrating history, music, and the people and stories that have helped shape the Montgomery area.
