Adulting 101 is a four week small group course designed to help adults with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiversities build practical skills, confidence, and greater independence in everyday life.
Participants will explore real world topics including money management, self advocacy, career exploration, housing and daily responsibilities, healthy routines, coping strategies, social connections, and understanding personal strengths.
Each session combines coaching, discussion, hands on activities, and real world scenarios so participants can practice skills they can use beyond the classroom.
