The Merry Wives of Windsor is a Shakespeare comedy about the aging, broke knight Sir John Falstaff, who tries to woo two wealthy Windsor housewives, Mistress Ford and Mistress Page, to restore his fortune, only to be tricked and humiliated by the wives and their husbands.
