Women are invited to What Women Want to Know NOW, a Women's Brain Health Forum focused on helping women better understand brain health and overall wellness.
The event will feature a specialist-led conversation and Q&A covering topics including exercise, nutrition, hormones, sleep, menopause, memory, mental health and community support.
Attendees can learn about practical ways to build brain-healthy habits and routines while connecting with local organizations and community members.
