Purchased new in 2020 from Richard’s Outdoor Solutions. This is a beautiful 7 ft x 7 ft luxury spa that has been lightly used (approximately a dozen times) and very well maintained.
This model originally retailed for approximately $17,000 and features a rare cooling system, allowing it to be used as a cold plunge or pool during warmer months—an excellent feature for Texas summers.

The spa does need a repair. It has been evaluated by a Richard’s Hot Tub Service technician, with an estimated repair cost of approximately $1,000. I can show the parts needed and provide that information to serious buyers.
