Heavy Duty Offset Smoker
Description
High quality smoker, a little old but very well-maintained. Fabricated by Tomball Pit Crafters (now Texas Pit Crafters) and they are still selling this unit as a "PM 100" new for $1,695. Some rust in photos but only superficial as the steel is heavy -- this will last a very long time. Comes with a high-quality custom-made cover (not pictured) which alone cost $300 just 1 year ago. Fits 2-3 briskets or 5-6 racks of ribs. HEAVY at 370 lbs. so will need 2 very strong people and a low profile trailer with ramp. If you're only bringing a pick up truck you will probably need 4 strong people to lift it that high.
