Edgestar Dual Zone Wine Refrigerator - Not Working

For sale is a 30 inch EDGESTAR Dual Zone Wine Refrigerator Model CWR5631FD. Current retail price $1729 at Lowe's.
We have had this wine refrigerator for over 5 years and purchased it at a discount because it had two dents on the back corner (see photo of one). The dents did not effect its operation. It has worked perfectly and it recently stopped working. The light display works and the fans turn on. We had a technician come and were told the compressor is not the problem and it may be the Main Control board and valve.
For someone knowledgeable, this could be a good opportunity to fix it OR sell it for parts.
Pick up in The Woodlands. It is heavy and needs more than one person to haul it out.
