Lift Master Garage Door / Building Door - 12' Wide x 8' Tall
Garage door / Building door, Lift Master garage door is 12 ft x 8 ft tall. IT IS UNASSEMBLED, but it is complete including sensors galvanized frame, hard ware and is ready to be installed. (except for the control pad and remotes) The door has rustic southwest wood over the steel door panels. These can be stained or painted any color desired. The door is heavy duty constructed with each panel being insulated. It was originally installed 10 years ago (2015) with this new house and is in like new condition (the garage it was installed in was a hobby room of sorts, so it was not used much) at all. The doors belt driven garage door opener is model #8550 Eliete Series opener. with battery backup. Its super quiet opening and closing. The only thing the door does not have is a wall mounted key pad and any remote controls to open and close it. Amazon sells the model #880 Max controller pad for $52.00. The model #895 Max hand held remotes cost $12.00 each on Amazon. The key pad and remote controllers are very easy to setup. Woodlands Garage Door Company on Honey Egypt Road removed the door from a detached garage that I converted into a living space. They can also re-install it for reasonable price. They will also need to add 6” of wheel guides to each side rail upon installation.
