ETHAN ALLEN FORMAL DINING ROOM TABLE (Seats UP TO 10), SERVER UNIT, & DISPLAY CABINET:
High quality matching set ($12,000 when new) - price $1450 but will sell separately (table & chairs stay together). Some minor wear as would be expected but nothing serious. The usual Ethan Allen excellent quality. For the whole set, the only two marks of note are on the dining room table; these are shown in close-ups in the attached pictures for completeness (one minor chip and a small water-blemished area); both repairable. All beautiful pieces that have adorned our home and we hate to let them go but we must downsize and move to a small apartment due to job loss.
The table extends with two 18" extenders; one is in the table on the pictures and the other is shown in the felt lined cover together with the empty one for the one in situ. All modes of opening have protector pads as can be seen, each with green felt underlay and faux top cover similar to the actual table top itself. The dining table is 72" x 42" without extensions, and 29.5" height. Each extension is 18" hence extending the table to 90" and 108" respectively. As shown, it can seat 8 and we have 6 armless chairs and 2 with side arms, one at each end (all seats reupholstered). Fully extended, it can easily seat 10 with another 2 chairs.
The server unit matches the table and is a beautiful piece of furniture in its’ own right. Apart from the cupboard and roomy shelves, the top opens up for placing serving dishes on plus a long shallow drawer beneath for keeping flatware, mats, serviettes, etc. (see pics). The size is 39.75" L x 19" W x 34" H.
The China Display Cabinet is 80" H x 16" Depth x 34.25" W and has dimmable LEDs at the top. Again, this matches the Dining Table and the Server Unit (see pics).
Most pieces can be dismantled for transport but you would have to do this as we both suffer from age-related problems (sorry).
