Description

Oversized Genuine Leather Sectional with Chaise — $450 OBO

Large dark brown genuine leather sectional with a right-side chaise. Plenty of room to stretch out or seat a crowd. Approximately 160” × 102” overall; standard seating is 45” deep, and the chaise extends 75” deep.

There is a small tear in the chaise section. We were about to work with Woodlands Upholstery to replace the small section of leather to make it look like new. We were quoted $150-$200 for the fix...which is considered in our proposed price.

Brand unknown. Local pickup; buyer will need to bring a vehicle large enough to transport it or just plan on a couple trips. Rug, Pillows and throws not included but we're glad to discuss if there is any interest.
