This Sears "Hillary" Tent measures a very comfortable 10' x 12' and is made of a high-end waterproof canvas along with mesh screening for double windows allowing for very good air flow.  The tent is 7' a it's highest point.  The tent is fully operational and in very good condition with no rips.  It has a working zipper, and includes poles and stakes included along with plastic ground cloth.  Reduced price is $385.00 - cash only.  If interested, text or call.  Thank you.
